group wishes to have a sweep focused Camp please
let us know. We will provide all
equipment, just come and ROW!!

The 2008-09 Schedule has
been set with the addition of a training session
for the more advanced sculler. Same great
coaching, same great water, same great food, but
extra miles and work on effective and efficient
rowing for the Master who wants an opportunity
to get the winter miles on the water instead on
an erg.

training in quads, doubles and singles
